Shipping Information

Every Active Vanity order is handled with care.
Once your purchase is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for our fulfillment team to prepare, quality-check, and package your items before shipping.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on Friday begin processing the following Monday.
During high-volume events such as collection launches or seasonal promotions, please allow a few additional days for fulfillment.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped, depending on the destination and carrier service selected at checkout.

  • Packages valued over $300 may require a signature for delivery.

  • If your address is entered incorrectly, the order will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

Once your package shows as delivered in the carrier’s system, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Active Vanity currently ships worldwide to select destinations.
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

  • International orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are legally required to list the purchase value on all customs documentation.

  • Delays may occur if your package is held by customs.

Refused shipments or unpaid duties will result in the package being returned to Active Vanity.
Original shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from any refund issued.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your package leaves our facility.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

We understand how important your order is.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to support@activevanity.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Our team will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
