At Active Vanity, we’re committed to helping you feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful in every piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — within reason.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Due to the intimate nature of our seamless garments, returns showing any signs of wear, deodorant, makeup, or fragrance cannot be accepted.

  • Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@activevanity.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different color or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right, at no cost to you.
